The Cyder Presse...
situated in the beautiful village of Weare Giffard
Welcome to the Cyder Presse
We welcome you to The Cyder Presse in the heart of Devon.
This is The Cyder Presse, our family run pub situated in the beautiful and friendly village of Weare Giffard by the banks of the River Torridge. As we are surrounded by organic farms, dairies and orchards, we’re able to bring you the best of local ciders and ales.
So whether you are walking or cycling in the area, on holiday in and around North Devon, or looking for somewhere to pop in for a great ale, you need not look any further. We actively welcome friendly dogs on leads.
If you are looking for somewhere to stay, there are a number of B&Bs and lovely holiday cottages available in the village enabling you to explore the delights of the local area- with thatched cottages, an ancient church, Manor Hall and riverside walks.
You can reach The Cyder Presse easily by car or on foot- we are a short drive off the A386 between Bideford and Great Torrington, or a 15 minute woodland or riverside walk from the Tarka Trail - Find us here.
We have been living in this village for over 14 years- we know you are going to enjoy your time here and we look forward to welcoming you.
